NEW RULES FOR PARKING ON RANCHO MANANA BLVD

Beginning Nov. 4, parking is not allowed on Rancho Manana Blvd. between 12 am - 6 am. Vehicles will be subject to being towed. All guest spots within the community should be used for guest parking only!

NEW HOA RULES ADOPTED

The Board of Directors on July 21 approved new community and pool rules to align with the CCRs that owners updated in 2020. The main changes include strengthening the parking rules and updating the enforcement policy. Please review these updated rules.

Owners can get meeting minutes, financials, and make dues payments through our private site on National Property Services website. Go to www.NPSPHX.com and click on "Members Area" to register/login to a password protection page.
